How do you experience Sophia's nurturance and uprising your own life, and how has connecting with her impacted your journey?

I experience the calling of the divine feminine on a daily basis! She shows up in so many ways. She sits me down when I'm working too hard, and if I don't listen, she makes me sit down with a cold or a sprained ankle. She flows through me each time I experience synchronicity that lifts my spirits and makes me grow, and each time I experience a synchronicity that breaks my heart and makes me grow. She is all around us. Holy Wisdom is all around us, always, waiting for us to access it, and we can access it by turning inward.

I love seeing the world through her eyes. It helps me to see the beauty in everything, even the things I don't like, and in doing so, I am able to notice the unpleasant things I can change, and those that I need to homogenize with and accept. In this way, I not only experience the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine rising up in my life, not only through ceremony and enlightenment, but also through the mundane moments of the day, when things are calm, uneventful, or even hopeless.

I have witnessed the nurturance of Sophia well up within my life when my walls are crumbling around me. While I still continue to do my work- my daily practice, my introspection, along with intentionally looking forward, planning forward, and taking action towards my goals. All very logical and healthy things to do, one might say, but when your walls are all falling down, holding it together can be hard during the demolition phase of our change cycle. What keeps me going, however, is my knowing that it is just that, a cycle.

One of my Mom's favorite sayings is "This too shall pass." I used to roll my eyes when she would say it, but really, her Soul Truth was simply referring to the cycles of growth and change we all go through, and knowledge is growth. Learning and knowing about the cycles that I go through as a woman and as a human on the Earth has empowered my confidence to embody these truths:

• I can live authentically in a productive way.

• I am not alone.

• I can clean up those things inside that I don't like or that trigger me.

• I am the creator of my journey.

• I have the total and complete authority over the cleanliness of my energy body, and therefore my health.

These are some of the gifts that connecting with this divine energy within has produced for me, and it has been nothing but miraculous and surprising ever since I began to LIVE this way, rather than just THINK and WISH in this way.

Connecting with these energies of divinity is a personal journey for all of us, and I know that to treat her better as a planetary consciousness and being, we will all have to go through this sacred journey of coming back to nature, back to our roots, to know and feel the land we all live on. In this sense, I am ever so grateful for my teacher, Kathy Forest, as she emplores us to get our butts on the dirt and find the silence. There's no way around it. The silence in communion with the planet is the deepest, and the easiest connection we as humans can make, that will make a wave of difference for the collective and the planet herself.

Sophia breathes into my daily life just as she does for you. I used to think, back in my days of teaching the 7-4 grind, that there was actually nothing I could do to make a lasting difference here on Earth. Sophia has changed THAT for me

-by introducing me to my parents, to you, to other mentors, friends, and teachers that have shown up in my life;

-by grabbing my attention to see the tiniest of surprises when I am sitting outside under a tree with all of the chiggers and birds bouncing around;

-by reminding me of grace when I am angry;

-by pushing me when I am stagnant;

-and by lifting me up when I have good to do.

After listing all of these things, I am still in awe, even now, that she provides us with so many gifts, simply by connecting with her and being there for her, and doing our work to heal.
