How we start and end the day of an embodied experience by Jamelle Zablow-Moloney Adding something to your daily routine can seem a bit threatening to someone who's already overstimulated and carrying around a maxed-out central nervous system. I know how this type of daily experience can run your life and run you into the ground firsthand, and I know that adding ONE MORE STINKING thing to the schedule could be the straw that breaks the camel's back. However, what I learned along the road to nervous system regulation not only enlightened me and taught me about my body, but it also empowered me and made me realize just how much of the experience is embedded in the choices we make with our wellness practices. Getting to the point of burnout, when you realize that you need a break, a change, and a recalibration, is not all that difficult a point to reach in our fast society. What to do about it is the tricky piece because we are often led to believe that we either have to quit our job or overhaul our entire life. This is a bit of a misnomer. When you realize, which you do with consistent practice, that you can add one simple solution at a time to your day, your week, or your life, you begin to see the glimmer of hope, the glimmer that you are onto something. Add one small thing a day that makes you smile. Adding one small thing a day that makes you smile is the smallest and quickest way to begin building momentum for change because it can be something as small as a joyful memory that you have, an image of a peaceful place you hold in your mind, or a grand idea of something that you are working towards. Simply bringing the image of a joyful thing to your mind and smiling, even if it is forced, has an energetic impact on your entire body and acts as a catalyst for change. When you engage in constant daily practice, or consistent Spiritual practice, you keep your frequency high. Just like a plumbing system, you clear your pipes daily, as opposed to only intermittently throughout the year, which is what causes back-ups. Just like pipes, our energy anatomy requires maintenance, and the cleaner we keep it, the more it does for us. There is a caveat, however: if you clean your energy body every so often, the time you spend in meditation or in a healing session could feel like a great upgrade, with uplifting results that are difficult to duplicate on a daily basis, because as we do continuous work on our energy systems, they become stronger, they hold more light, and they stop responding to the same amount of work we did when we started our spiritual journey. Eventually, as you heal, you will find yourself needing to adjust and upgrade your daily practices, as your light body not only holds more light but also asks for more light input. Jamelle Zablow-Moloney 8.1.2025 How do you experience Sophia's nurturance and uprising your own life, and how has connecting with her impacted your journey? I experience the calling of the divine feminine on a daily basis! She shows up in so many ways. She sits me down when I'm working too hard, and if I don't listen, she makes me sit down with a cold or a sprained ankle. She flows through me each time I experience synchronicity that lifts my spirits and makes me grow, and each time I experience a synchronicity that breaks my heart and makes me grow. She is all around us. Holy Wisdom is all around us, always, waiting for us to access it, and we can access it by turning inward. I love seeing the world through her eyes. It helps me to see the beauty in everything, even the things I don't like, and in doing so, I am able to notice the unpleasant things I can change, and those that I need to homogenize with and accept. In this way, I not only experience the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine rising up in my life, not only through ceremony and enlightenment, but also through the mundane moments of the day, when things are calm, uneventful, or even hopeless. I have witnessed the nurturance of Sophia well up within my life when my walls are crumbling around me. While I still continue to do my work- my daily practice, my introspection, along with intentionally looking forward, planning forward, and taking action towards my goals. All very logical and healthy things to do, one might say, but when your walls are all falling down, holding it together can be hard during the demolition phase of our change cycle. What keeps me going, however, is my knowing that it is just that, a cycle. One of my Mom's favorite sayings is "This too shall pass." I used to roll my eyes when she would say it, but really, her Soul Truth was simply referring to the cycles of growth and change we all go through, and knowledge is growth. Learning and knowing about the cycles that I go through as a woman and as a human on the Earth has empowered my confidence to embody these truths: I can live authentically in a productive way. I am not alone. I can clean up those things inside that I don't like or that trigger me. I am the creator of my journey. I have the total and complete authority over the cleanliness of my energy body, and therefore my health. These are some of the gifts that connecting with this divine energy within has produced for me, and it has been nothing but miraculous and surprising ever since I began to LIVE this way, rather than just THINK and WISH in this way. Connecting with these energies of divinity is a personal journey for all of us, and I know that to treat her better as a planetary consciousness and being, we will all have to go through this sacred journey of coming back to nature, back to our roots, to know and feel the land we all live on. In this sense, I am ever so grateful for my teacher, Kathy Forest, as she emplores us to get our butts on the dirt and find the silence. There's no way around it. The silence in communion with the planet is the deepest, and the easiest connection we as humans can make, that will make a wave of difference for the collective and the planet herself. Sophia breathes into my daily life just as she does for you. I used to think, back in my days of teaching the 7-4 grind, that there was actually nothing I could do to make a lasting difference here on Earth. Sophia has changed THAT for me -by introducing me to my parents, to you, to other mentors, friends, and teachers that have shown up in my life; -by grabbing my attention to see the tiniest of surprises when I am sitting outside under a tree with all of the chiggers and birds bouncing around; -by reminding me of grace when I am angry; -by pushing me when I am stagnant; -and by lifting me up when I have good to do. After listing all of these things, I am still in awe, even now, that she provides us with so many gifts, simply by connecting with her and being there for her, and doing our work to heal. How the Ego Impacts Intentions of Good 7/28/2026 By Jamelle Zablow-Moloney This week, while doing an Akashic Record Clearing for a client who is doing some powerful Galactic work on a multidimensional level, I came across a well-known fact that I hadn't been able to put into words before. I am well-versed in how powerful Akashic Clearings can be, and am now even more blown away with how they truly become the gift that keeps on giving for all who engage in them! During this session, we were discussing the use of intention, how it hits and runs through the body, and how it is used throughout the greater Universe to make its impact. The client stated that he knew he could not use his light selfishly because there was something in him, a sixth sense, you could say, that gave him this impression, and so he was wondering how he could use it and if he was currently using it in the way it was supposed to be used. I, knowing from personal and professional experience through a variety of energy modalities, told him that he was right; if any of us tried to use our intentions selfishly by running them through our light processes and the power of Source, they would ultimately backfire or cancel out, becoming null and void. What happened next solidified his assumption and my experience, and explained the reasoning behind why this occurs. As I checked back into his energy body and back into the Records, I was immediately given the image of an intention running its way through the mind as a yellow current flowing into an infrared body, which was the ego body. As the current of the intention hit the ego body, it moved into the human figure only to turn into a white, neutral energy and delete the intention it held. The current flowing through the ego body and keeping it alive negated the current of the intention, and the Records announced that any intention placed in the light of Source would ultimately be canceled out as soon as it hit the ego body because they are inherently opposing frequencies. Our ego body can be so strong, and it can be so self-serving when left unchecked, as it should be at times, but at other times this self-serving pattern is misplaced and can play to our own detriment. While our ego layer can keep us on the up and up when we are in a situation that is not in our highest good and interest, if it keeps running on autopilot, our highest good and interest can easily be pushed into the background, and fear and paranoia then have room to take over. This is because our ego layer is a bit archaic for the times at hand. At one point on this planet, we needed to be self-serving for survival. Unfortunately, there are some situations that require us to access our ego selves in this way. However, situations like these are typically few and far between, making the unevolved ego a bit out of place on a daily basis when we are going through the motions of our regular routines and when we are working as creators with our manifestation skills and goals. This is the point the Akashic Records were making during this client's session. Working in true light is work that is inherently work for the greater good of all, for the good of the planet, and for the good of the galaxy, When we apply a self-serving intention to our light work, our ego layer cancels out the light that the intention is infused inside of, therefore causing it to loose its abiltiy to travel its way through our body, into our space, and out into the ethers to create what we intentended to create. Just like two opposing electrical currents that are on the same path, the current frequency of the ego will cancel out the frequency of Source, the energy of love, and any other frequency of light. This isn't to say that we can't have good intentions for the world that serve us in a personal way, but it does highlight that when we program our own light with self-service rather than with the frequencies of love-for-all, we don't see them build much steam or accomplish much at all. Just as a novice healer enters into the field to make money, they find out quickly that money is just as hard to make as a healer as it is for everyone else in the business world, until they begin to work in a way that serves all, rather than a way that only serves self. The light of Source and the frequencies of love are stronger than we could ever imagine. They are stronger than our ego selves and stronger than our self-serving intentions, and they will not engage with self-serving intentions on purpose, so that our experience can create a lesson for us as we work in self-serving ways. Entering into light work, energy work, healing work, protective work, coaching work- the whole gamut, we all have a responsibility to keep our ego layers in check. This means having a constant conversation with ourselves around the questions of Why am I doing this work? What do I really want the outcomes to be? How do these outcomes serve the whole as well as me? How can I better move about in this field of work, whether it be my part-time or full-time job, so that I am working through my heart, and not my ego? ...which, by the way, was exactly what my client during this session was doing! I am so thankful for the Records putting this phenomenon into words for me by giving me the visual that made these words possible. Knowing that self-serving currents, which are produced from our ego bodies, are the opposing frequencies of intentions that hold the highest good is a no-brainer. Knowing that they work in the same manner as opposing electrical currents on the planet is just icing on the energetic cake!
