The Upgrade Shakes, Bare Roots Energy Jamelle Zabow-Moloney Bare Roots Energy (TM) This morning, a good friend and client sent me a detailed text about her vivid contact dream and mentioned in her transcript that she and her young son, who was sleeping in the bed next to her, experienced an uncontrolled shaking during and after the dream. My eyes widened, and I knew then that I had to finally enter the records to get clarity on this occurrence, because so many times in my past, I had experienced the same shaking. Until this morning, I was under the impression that this uncontrolled and rapid shaking was an independent medical occurrence- a seizure. It had happened to me so many times before, but the odd thing about it was that my husband never woke up during these 'attacks,' and had no sensation or memory of feeling the bed shake as they occurred to me, or after he woke up. So many times before, I was clueless and confused about what was going on. Surely, if they were actual seizures, he would have felt me moving in the bed next to him and woken up to assist me. These instances of shaking were big, not something like a petit-mal seizure, but very rapid, almost violent, and they would move my head from side to side as if I was rapidly looking to the left and then to the right, at a speed I still cannot reproduce when I am awake. I thought it was just me- until this morning's text. Without even doing an online search, I tapped into the records to see what my guides had to say, and my most trusted adversary, a Lemurian seed from Arcturus, delivered! This is what his transmission relayed to me when I asked if the effect occurred from the abduction experience: "Yes, it is when an upgrade is being given, a healing, and the effect from the high frequency we have, compared to your (human) nervous system's load. Your human nervous system gets overloaded quickly. The shaking is a side effect of our clearing it, of our filling it, of our frequency healing it- it ends up upgrading you in the process, increasing your capacity for light holding. You don't want to stop it because it comes with the healing and is a result of your Central Nervous System and body integrating the healing you are getting. It has also happened in the past with abductees when they had poor experiences- it was simply the frequency differential in those cases, as upgrades took place without the healing. When we have information to transmit to you as you sleep and must take you to our starship to do so, we clear your system and insert the information into your DNA, which requires a Central Nervous System clearing. So, we clear the Central Nervous System, insert the info, and then administer a healing. In the past, when Grays were abducting humans for research, they did not use this method- sometimes they took from humans, sometimes they implanted- all without healing, and that frequency differential, and the frequency differential from (other terrestrial) healings cause the shaking. To you, to humans, it feels like a wakeful seizure without the cognitive impairment." Finally, answers! The cognitive differential he was talking about was the impact our system undergoes when we encounter healings or energy input that resonates at a frequency higher than our body's current energetic capacity. For instance, when we enter a space with someone whose frequency is much higher than our own, our bodies tend to shake slightly, feel giddy, or feel overwhelmed with excitement or emotion. Furthermore, re-entering our bodies after a sleep or a meditative encounter can produce side effects such as shaking, forgetting our dreams, and even waking up from what we feel is a 'dead sleep.' While we sleep, many of us travel and dream. Some of us astral travel during sleep, and some of us travel within the greater Universe to go on missions of learning or healing, to help, and to explore. As we are traveling through the cosmos, we come into contact not only with the high frequency of Source and the Universe as a whole, but also with other sentients that hold higher frequency. Even though we are able to hold this frequency in our Soul as we travel during sleep, and meditation in some cases, we may not be ready yet to hold it within the physical body of our waking lives. Coming back into consciousness after the dream, after the sleeping travel, and even after deep, deep meditation, can produce both a shedding of toxins from the nervous system and the shaking impact as the body reasimilates to its current frequency and function. Next, I turned to Google to see what the rest of the world had to say, and sure enough, my friend and I were not the only ones. The shaking is psychologically and professionally referred to as Vestibular-Motor Hallucinations; however, how could this be a hallucination if more than one person is experiencing it over a matter of decades? Living the Daily You; Letter 2, The Power of Integration By Jamelle Zablow-Moloney 5.30.2026 Living authentically both sounds like something that is so automatic that we don't even need to think about doing it, and also like another to-do on our exhausted plates of things to do! The truth is, there are so many things around us that have not only conditioned us to respond according to a pattern, an old story, or an expectation, but that also require us to respond to our incoming stimuli in a socially appropriated manner. With our social structures in place, we can't live completely authentically 100% of the time, in all situations, if we want to avoid causing trouble for ourselves or others. For example, it's not entirely appropriate to stand up in church and disagree with the sermon, is it? However, this inevitability is simply a symptom of living in a collective community, and as we both strive to fit in and be ourselves fully, the practice of integration can provide us with guidance and relief in accomplishing this. Integration is a beautiful experience, even when the road there isn't as pretty as we would like it to be. Each time we are faced with something uncomfortable, we have an amazing opportunity in front of us, as we are alerted to a bountiful chance to heal something within ourselves. Discomfort is literally a golden ticket for us to dive through an emotional stimulus and overcome it, rather than curtailing it as we have done in the past. Each time we are gifted discomfort, we can know that it's stemming from something we haven't addressed from our past experiences. Once that discomfort alerts you to this, it's up to you to decide if you will face it head-on and begin to heal, or if you will sweep it back under the rug from which it came. I'm here to tell you, if you sweep it back under the rug, it will eventually make its way back out onto your shiny, clean floor again, because all of those dust bunnies we stuff away in our psyche are always looking for a way out, a way to balance, and a way to come back home. ... Why is it important to tackle our discomfort, trauma, and stories that we sweep out of sight? What a great question! I tell my clients all the time, if we don't clean up what we are holding inside, not only will it continue to resurface until we balance it out, but it will also weigh our nervous systems down. Thoughts and feelings are actual things; they are produced as quantum-sized particles that reside in our nervous system, making us feel heavy, and causing us to overreact, become moody, feel foggy-headed, and avoid making decisions, amongst other side effects. So what do we do with all of this dust that we've been hiding? LOVE IT! Love those experiences! Love that dust! Love those pieces of you so hard they turn into the light of your Soul! When you are able to summon this quantity of love up from the inside, and apply it to the pieces of you that still get triggered, you become your own safe place- you become your own superhero! The World is Calling Us to Remember, Bare Roots Energy Jamelle Zabow-Moloney Bare Roots Energy (TM) The day I was validated in knowing that all of the incoming information my brain had been receiving all of my life wasn't simply ADHD and Anxiety, but transmission that I didn't know how to block, vet, and sift through, everything changed for me. The images, the ideas, the speeding thoughts- for so long they plagued me as a deficit in attention that our world and medical science deemed to be an inadequacy, that by the time adulthood hit, many parts of me identified as "inadequate," "weird," "impossible," and "unworkable." Even though the speed of my mind made multitasking a champion's accomplishment for me during my professional years as a teacher, it exhausted me, and being out of the busy realm of education that needed me to multitask gave me new perspectives on what my brain was actually doing, and the potential that it had and has. I had always known that transmission and channeling were not only possible, but a concrete reality for many around the world because it was something that I had experienced on an almost daily basis since I could remember. During my research and time as a healer, however, I learned that our racing thoughts are not always just racing thoughts, but incoming information from guides, guardians, and galactic channels. The good and the bad! This bit of knowledge took me down an adventurous road to know myself better, to know my mind precisely, and to learn how to understand and decipher the information that was coming in for me, as well as how to keep out the information and transmissions that were trying to influence me beyond my free will. My thoughts were not always my own, and that reality struck me as an assignment! Does this sound familiar to you? I have always had a "vivid imagination" and "an ability to create magical stories out of thin air." Furthermore, all of my life, I had been told that it was just my "imagination." Well, of course it was! The imagination is nothing but another tool of translation for the human mind to understand and familiarize itself with our amazing manifestation abilities! Meditation taught me that at the beginning, and my daily intentions and life experiences solidify that reality for me, my family, and my clients. Yes, it was my imagination, but not the kind of imagination we were taught to understand as children. Old school definitions of imagination pin it as a colorful and wild ability to create nonsensical and unreal images and ideas in the mind. This is the definition of imagination that can take us on glorious adventures the way books and movies do, like sitting around the campfire and sharing stories. But what if those adventures are shared adventures that mirror the experiences of others? And what about those thoughts that come in one day, and then appear in our lives through images, media, or experiences the next day? This is what I know now... Imagination is thought. Thoughts not only share memory, but they also create subtle particles of reality in our bodies and in our lives, and not even quantum physics can disagree with that. Knowing this made all of the difference when reflecting on my experiences during sleep, during meditation, and during my waking life. After studying, conversing, reading, watching, observing, healing, and coaching experiences, it brought me to the moment of realization that I wasn't alone in this; I was just talking to the wrong people about it. I wasn't imagining things, let alone imagining the same things over and over, just with variations in my experiences. I didn't need to be afraid because my free will is the strongest force in the universe and can always protect me from outside influences that don't have my best interests in mind. I could allow my experiences to flow through me and tell me what I needed to know, and dismiss the things that I didn't want. Through my work as a healer and transmission channeler, and from receiving support from some key mentors and individuals in the reading community, I found a comfortable place to learn how to protect myself from forces that don't have our highest human interest in mind, decode the light inside of my body to understand that humans are simply a label we have placed on ourselves in isolation from the rest of the multidimensional universe, and learn the systems of thriving within me and within this life that support me in the way that I need to be supported. Once I learned the strength in the protective muscles of my mind and free will, I was free from fear and free to choose how to use my experiences to support my path and mission here on Earth. So what did I do with this newfound information and solidification in my life? I started to trust myself and my experiences. I started to dive in and through them as messages that were meant for me, and that was the catalyst that brought me to where I am today. I also stopped listening to naysayers, and in fact began to distance myself from those who didn't believe me. They just weren't ready to hear about a different form of reality other than their own, and that's OK. Everyone is on their own timeline, and just as my favorite point from Jay Prior delivers the message of LOVE: Let Others Voluntarily Evolve, I moved on and stayed true to myself. Every day, I do a check-in with myself and my helpers to glean what is in my best interest and highest timeline, and recommend the same for you. Earth can be a challenge, and sometimes, having another perspective in your corner can not only be a godsend, but also provide those pivotal moments of clarity and direction we've been looking for all of our lives. Reiki Course and Attunement Level 4 provides you with the final symbols taught in most American Reiki practices and used to heal and complete attunements. Attunement to the final symbols requires training in the previous Reiki levels and experience as a Reiki Practitioner with clients outside of the home. Reiki level 4 helps to prepare you as a Master Reiki Teacher and Practitioner with honorable business sense and service to the profession. Level 4 provides new healing methods and a deep dive into the physiology of Reiki healing on the human and animal bodies.
