Being attuned to Reiki is a life-changing experience. As your body opens to receive more light and healing energy, an alignment begins to naturally occur, providing you with more clarity and receptivity and setting the body in motion for a deeper and more constant self-healing state of being.

Reiki attunement is a transformative journey. As your body becomes receptive to more light and healing energy, a natural alignment occurs, enhancing your clarity and openness and a deeper state of self-healing. I teach Reiki in its most traditional form, as it was established in Japan during the 1920s. There are four levels, with level one being the most popular and versatile for everyone. Reiki transforms us from within by relaxing the nervous system and can improve any environment immensely with consistent work. The key with Reiki is just that, consistency. The benefits can be exponential when we integrated into our daily lives! Each class builds on itself for the next, and the real gift is participating in Reiki Seminar, our monthly study group where we share experiences, practice with each other, and hone in on our skills, knowledge, and healing!

Level one is the level that most people acquire so that they can work on healing themselves and their loved ones in their home to better their own lives, environment, and health. It is recommended to have at least a full year of study and practice in Reiki level one before moving on to the next. Reiki level one also covers basic energy anatomy, the history of the practice, and all of the information needed to understand, work with, and benefit from the Reiki life. This level is a foundational understanding of how Reiki’s frequency is transformative through everything we do, not simply when we’re practicing the healing technique, but in all of the other facets of our lives as well.

Level two teaches more in-depth training for practicing on others, including a deeper dive into energy anatomy and treatments for specific ailments and diseases. This class is a three-day class, and it is suggested to work with these energies for 1 to 3 years before moving onto the next level and Reiki training.

Level three is a prep course for level four. It is a course for the involved master who is ready to deepen their understanding and participation in Reiki as a lifestyle and mindset. This class is a one-day class and it is suggested to work with the energies received in this class for at least 3 months to a year before moving onto the next level.

Level four is the master class, where you learn how to teach others the practice. This class is a culmination of all of those that come before it, including traditions to hand down the process to other teachers.

Reiki Level I Course and Attunement provides you with the skill and knowledge of self-treatment, giving you a tool that can not only improve your physical health, but also your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being as well.
