As reviewed in the Daily Wellness Practices Workshop, having a list of helpful things is a handy trick to employ when you are in a bad mood or dealing with a frustrating situation that your mind and heart need to take a break from. The practice is simple: keep a list of things around that remind you about what makes you the happiest, and things that make you laugh. It can be a list of memories, items, people, events, or anything that conjures up a smile on your face! I have started a list for you here. Add your ideas to the community board on FB and watch our list of Helpful Things grow!
