Being attuned to Reiki I enables one to use the power and energy of Reiki to self-heal. Along with other positive daily habits, using Reiki on yourself to clear old wounds, emotional and physical, can help your healing process go further. The Reiki I attunement comes as an educational course that teaches you about the history of Reiki, how it works, and the Reiki I symbol used in the energy healing process. Once you have been attuned to Reiki I, we can then begin a plan for your Reiki II and Reiki III Master levels if you are further interested.
