This morning, a good friend and client sent me a detailed text about her vivid contact dream and mentioned in her transcript that she and her young son, who was sleeping in the bed next to her, experienced an uncontrolled shaking during and after the dream. My eyes widened, and I knew then that I had to finally enter the records to get clarity on this occurrence, because so many times in my past, I had experienced the same shaking.

Until this morning, I was under the impression that this uncontrolled and rapid shaking was an independent medical occurrence- a seizure. It had happened to me so many times before, but the odd thing about it was that my husband never woke up during these 'attacks,' and had no sensation or memory of feeling the bed shake as they occurred to me, or after he woke up. So many times before, I was clueless and confused about what was going on. Surely, if they were actual seizures, he would have felt me moving in the bed next to him and woken up to assist me. These instances of shaking were big, not something like a petit-mal seizure, but very rapid, almost violent, and they would move my head from side to side as if I was rapidly looking to the left and then to the right, at a speed I still cannot reproduce when I am awake. I thought it was just me- until this morning's text.

Without even doing an online search, I tapped into the records to see what my guides had to say, and my most trusted adversary, a Lemurian seed from Arcturus, delivered! This is what his transmission relayed to me when I asked if the effect occurred from the abduction experience:

"Yes, it is when an upgrade is being given, a healing, and the effect from the high frequency we have, compared to your (human) nervous system's load. Your human nervous system gets overloaded quickly. The shaking is a side effect of our clearing it, of our filling it, of our frequency healing it- it ends up upgrading you in the process, increasing your capacity for light holding.

You don't want to stop it because it comes with the healing and is a result of your Central Nervous System and body integrating the healing you are getting.

It has also happened in the past with abductees when they had poor experiences- it was simply the frequency differential in those cases, as upgrades took place without the healing.

When we have information to transmit to you as you sleep and must take you to our starship to do so, we clear your system and insert the information into your DNA, which requires a Central Nervous System clearing. So, we clear the Central Nervous System, insert the info, and then administer a healing.

In the past, when Grays were abducting humans for research, they did not use this method- sometimes they took from humans, sometimes they implanted- all without healing, and that frequency differential, and the frequency differential from (other terrestrial) healings cause the shaking.

To you, to humans, it feels like a wakeful seizure without the cognitive impairment."

Finally, answers!

The cognitive differential he was talking about was the impact our system undergoes when we encounter healings or energy input that resonates at a frequency higher than our body's current energetic capacity. For instance, when we enter a space with someone whose frequency is much higher than our own, our bodies tend to shake slightly, feel giddy, or feel overwhelmed with excitement or emotion. Furthermore, re-entering our bodies after a sleep or a meditative encounter can produce side effects such as shaking, forgetting our dreams, and even waking up from what we feel is a 'dead sleep.'

While we sleep, many of us travel and dream. Some of us astral travel during sleep, and some of us travel within the greater Universe to go on missions of learning or healing, to help, and to explore. As we are traveling through the cosmos, we come into contact not only with the high frequency of Source and the Universe as a whole, but also with other sentients that hold higher frequency. Even though we are able to hold this frequency in our Soul as we travel during sleep, and meditation in some cases, we may not be ready yet to hold it within the physical body of our waking lives. Coming back into consciousness after the dream, after the sleeping travel, and even after deep, deep meditation, can produce both a shedding of toxins from the nervous system and the shaking impact as the body reasimilates to its current frequency and function.

Next, I turned to Google to see what the rest of the world had to say, and sure enough, my friend and I were not the only ones. The shaking is psychologically and professionally referred to as Vestibular-Motor Hallucinations; however, how could this be a hallucination if more than one person is experiencing it over a matter of decades?
