Quantum Healing for Daily Use ​ Today's common knowledge is that the planet is shifting, and with it, humanity. Go tell it on the mountain! I can feel it, you can feel it, we can all see simply by looking out our windows. Bare Roots Energy offers social emotional courses with like-minded individuals who need affordable counseling alternatives and formalized education in the area of social skills and emotional regulation. With 15 years of experience as a Special Educator teaching social skills directly in the k-12 classrooms, I have seen the impact that direct instruction and group work can have on struggling students, as well as the adults in their lives. Using the concepts of the Circle of Courage, my instruction focuses on the whole person and the whole family, taking a realistic approach to processing emotions and building skills that follow students into their daily lives for use in real time. This class offers planned lessons and meditation services, and teaches SMART Goals, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, conversation navigation, life skills, thought regulation, and metacognitive skills, just to name a few. My teaching career has afforded me the rich experience of teaching students K-12 in both the public school settings, in the private settings in specialized day schools, and in the state's residential facilities. I have had the honor of working with students and families of all backgrounds and needs and pride myself on building the lasting relationships that have changed outlooks and behaviors. Special Education has gifted me the rich knowledge of the counseling world paired with the tools of teaching, allowing my instruction to reach beyond the classroom and into the daily lives of my students. In 2020, my family shift required me to leave my favorite job as a Teacher in the Basehor-Linwood school district, which led me to open up my own business, Bare Roots Energy, and offer the service of Social Skills Instruction to the public outside of the school system. Aside from my new career as a small business owner, I substitute and raise my two vibrant daughters as my husband travels the states building Wind Turbines. The Written Prescription The Meditation Library The Meditation Room Meditation Services Meditation is a gentle pathway to calm, cool, and collected when practiced consistently. It helps to slow the mind and calm the nervous system. However, when we are in the midst of a crisis, things can get turned upside down and leave us scrambling for tools to get rebalanced. Those who keep meditation as a coping tool see improvements in mood, outlook, environmental attraction, trauma-based triggers and responses, stress, sleeping patterns, motivation, and physical health. Medication can provide this relief on a daily basis as well as during times of great loss, stress, transition, growth, and need. Meditation is hands down one of the most effective self-help tools available to us and can be as minimal as you want it to be, including more than sitting in silence to achieve a calm mind. When used consistently, it can work efficiently and quickly to change your life in any direction you want it to go, and even in this bustling world, meditation does not have to be a time-consuming burden. Meditation doesn't even need to be tightly defined for it to help us manifest our dreams and improve our state of mind. It is fluid and progressive, and if you listen closely enough to your instincts, you will feel your daily routine of meditation begin to change as you change. Meditation is not meant to be solid and identical every day. It is a natural process that is created by and shapes your thinking patterns. Therefore, an ever-changing and growing meditation is not only ideal for our changing lives but very much an inevitability. Affirmation work is an important tool to be used when both manifesting our goals as well as when coping with the day-to-day endeavors of our busy lives. Affirmation work is one of the most valuable self-help tools, as it aids us in the actual shaping of our cognition and meta-cognition. Further, affirmations can be tailored to our specific needs and are available at our fingertips throughout the day, regardless of where we are, who we are with, and what we are engaged in. A great way to use an affirmation is to post it EVERYWHERE! Put on paper and pin it up around your house, write it on cards to keep in your car and in your wallet, and post it on the side of your computer for easy access when you are working. When doing affirmation work, you find the subtle changes taking effect and see your progress when you are ready to change your affirmation statement up to focus on a new situation or goal. Grounding is a great way to prepare for the day, exercise, your morning meetings, or even when preparing for bedtime. Grounding can give you an instant sense of peace and help you recover your calm when in the face of unsavory situations, as well as aid you in helping to calm those around you. Grounding is a simple process that can be done anywhere with a minimal amount of time invested. Two typical methods of grounding include going outside and visualization. ​ When working with clients on meditation practices, routines are built around the person and the life they currently live. I have found that this creates a more successful pattern for lasting results and change. I choose to work with my clients on a single meditation for a whole month, with the option of weekly check-ins to see if there is a benefit to tweaking the wording of the original, or if there is a need for adjusting how it fits into the client's daily routines. ​ Effective and reliable meditation is a key part of mental and physical health because it changes the brain, which changes lives, which in turn changes the health of the body. It is a taking apart of the old to put the pieces back together and create something new, a new knowing within the Self. The Shamanic Journey is both a learning journey and a place of still point. Meeting our guides and visiting spaces that have been home to our Soul is a deeply humbling and transcendent experience. A gentle and guided expedition will take to your spaces and faces that have been waiting to meet and guide you to your, truth, lineage, healing, and answers. The Shaman's Journey is a benevolent deep guided meditation in a one-to-one setting with your practitioner, who sits with you during your travels, guiding you without imposition, in a safe space, as you are free to explore and speak your way through your journey. Notes and recordings can be taken on your behalf. My role as your guide is to facilitate your experience for your highest good and goal. Journey sessions are one hour each. Session one includes teachings of the Journey, as you begin to form within your awareness, where you will be going and who you will be seeing. You will learn about the different realms you will access, and how you will access them, and then take your first journey. The first Shamanic Journey will take you to an Earthly realm as you explore and meet your compassionate guides, get to know yourself within your new space, and begin to ask the questions you have brought with you. On subsequent sessions, we will open the circle and you will take your journeys at the appropriate pace for your growth, wellbeing, and wishes. Each 3oz bag provides 10-15 single servings of tea when steeping in a typical-sized mug. Each 1oz bag provides 5-7 single servings of tea when steeping in a typical-sized mug. Steeping utensils and/or tea bags are not included in the purchase of tea packages. About Me ​ Jamelle Zablow-Moloney Opened to the public in 2018, I founded Bare Roots Energy out of a passion to teach the world about the miracles of energy healing. I am a certified Reiki Master and Teacher in Usui Ryoho Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho, a certified practitioner for the Crystalline Consciousness Technique (tm), and a Plant-Based Medicine Consultant. Aside from energy healing and herbal remedy teas, I am also a Meditation Coach, providing both private and group meditation and education services. My favorite part of this work is getting to know my clients personally and tailoring programs to their specific healing goals, employing a variety of energy and meditation tools, as well as online and in-person events and courses for Spiritual well-being. Prior to Bare Roots Energy’s debut, I taught in the public school sector as a Special Education Teacher for 18 years, graduating from K-State and KU with two master’s in the education sciences. This experience allowed me to hone my skills for recognizing the small pieces within the big picture as we out-picture our goals for the world. The invaluable time I spent teaching has offered me insight into human behavior and development, and mental health patterns that create a well-rounded wholeness within.
