A taste of floral spice with a calming effect. This tea is useful for those who have trouble falling asleep or finding relaxation and also supports connection during meditation. This is a great tea for ceremony.
What is this tea good for?
Stabilizes mood, blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and sleeping pattern, provides Vitamins C, A, and E, supports immune, respiratory, and digestive systems, and provides antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant support. Relieves cramping, calms the mind, and supports brain function.
What to keep in mind:
Caffeinated
May interact with anticoagulants, medications that lower cholesterol, and medications that change in the liver at high doses. Consuming too much may cause nausea.
How to use this tea:
Steep once for 10-15 minutes
Drink between/before meals
Drink for no longer than 2 weeks if drinking daily. Recommended to drink 1-2 times weekly.

A flavor of chocolate mint with the effect of calm alertness.
What is this tea good for?
Improves cognition and calms the mind, improves blood flow and stomach upset, repairs cell damage, stabilizes sleeping patterns, and acts as an antioxidant. Acts as an anti-inflammatory and supports kidney function and urogenital health.
What to keep in mind:
Caffeinated
Use caution when taking anticoagulants, natural diuretic, may dehydrate if taken in excess. Mint may trigger GERD symptoms.
How to use this tea:
Steep for 5-10 minutes
Drink between/before meals
Drink for no longer than 2 weeks if drinking daily. Recommended to drink 1-2 times weekly.

An earthy blend with a bit of a sour taste that pairs nicely with honey or pure maple syrup.
What is this tea good for?

Caffeinated
Do not take high doses for longer than 2 months. (This package does not provide a high dosage of Sage).

The Heart Blend
A taste woody and floral taste atop the flavor of a gentle green tea. Although this tea does not contain green tea, it has a slight caffeinated effect of alertness without the side effects of the caffeine come-down.
What is this tea good for?
Supports respiratory, cardiovascular, and digestive health, regulates sleeping patterns, relieves anxiety, mucus, and cough, and regulates digestion to stop diarrhea. Acts as an anti-inflammatory and immune booster, improves focus, energy, male fertility, and mood, and provides a dose of Vitamin C (Rose).
What to keep in mind:
This tea is not caffeinated but does increase alertness; it is not recommended at bedtime.
Do not take at the same time as medications, which can reduce the absorption rate inside of the mouth. Do not take Lithium medications. May interact with medications for the male reproductive system, blood pressure, and blood thinners. It is not recommended to drink if taking immunosuppressants.
How to use this tea:
Steep one time for 5-10 minutes
Drink 1-3 times weekly for no longer than 1 month without pause.

This tea tastes much like a green tea with a sweet lemon and floral background. This tea is caffeinated.
What is this tea good for?
Improves wound healing, skin elasticity, hydration, tissue growth, and anti-inflammatory effects. Is a source of Leutin, provides kidney, digestive, weight regulation, and urogenital support, autoimmune support, supports the respiratory system and estrogen levels, and relieves anxiety and depression.
What to keep in mind:
Attention allergen: Calendula is in the daisy family. Goldenrod, Lemon Verbena, and White Peony can act as a diuretic, and White Peony can interact with blood thinners at high doses.
How to use this tea:
Steep for 5-15 minutes
Ensure safe hydration is in place if consuming large amounts.
Drink 3-4 times weekly for no longer than 24 weeks without pause.

Acts as a blood purifier and antioxidant, and helps to regulate blood pressure and cholesterol. Also aids in pain relief and respiratory support (Tumeric).
What to keep in mind:
Do not consume this tea with a diagnosis of cancer or cell growth, if you have kidney stones, or if you are on medications for blood pressure, blood thinners, or antibiotics. Hibiscus may cause liver damage, in high doses, for individuals suffering from a weak liver.
How to use this tea:
Steep for 10-15 minutes
Drink 1-3 times weekly for no longer than 6 weeks without pause.

Tea packages are loose-leaf and will require a steeper to use in the kitchen. Tea is filled into a 3.5x5 sealed bag for shipping. Bags are typically recycled at your local grocery store or commons area. Each bag is labeled with the ingredients and weight of its contents; not all labels may be shown here. Each 3oz bag provides 10-15 single servings of tea when steeping in a typical-sized mug. Each 1oz bag provides 5-7 single servings of tea when steeping in a typical-sized mug. Steeping utensils and/or tea bags are not included in the purchase of tea packages.
Be aware that photos in the description will differ from the actual product due to lighting and due to the nature of the loose-leaf tea. When filling your steeping utensil with the loose-leaf tea, try to ensure that the mixture is thoroughly mixed and shaken up to provide the most continuity of the ingredients throughout the bag.
