I know what it's like to wake up with cripling fear and worry, starting every weekday with a sense of dread and nervousness, and sometimes even panic attacks. I know what it is like to bury myself in bed without the ability to move, and it got so bad that I would lose days of family time, freedom, productivity, and fueling events. I know how hopeless, scary, pointless, and painful it can be to watch life pass you by, feeling like there is no hand to reach out and offer help. And I also know what it's like to be on the other side of it. I know now how to shape my thoughts, my days, my projects, my plans and goals, and my life into an experience I enjoy living. Instead of waking up into a state of stress, I now wake up into a state of momentum and contentment, ready to move forward with the day's tasks and challenges. Where I used to go to bed reviewing all of the things in my day that I couldn't control, trying to remedy the world's problems, and check in on my mental to-do lists, I go to bed in a state of gratitude, Taking care of my whole-body health in preparation for a healing sleep. The best part is, I know that I have the power to create these results for myself every morning, noon, and night. What's even greater than that is that I get to facilitate and guide my clients to do the same! And, I want these kinds of results for everyone struggling with limitations in their life.
