Journeys through the Realms help to release tension from the body’s central nervous system by placing you in a deep trance-like meditative state, allowing the mind and body to journey inwards toward stillness and learn from its historical adventures. These deep, transcendental guided healing sessions can provide you with insight and answers, relieve stress, and allow the mental and emotional bodies time and space to enter into their natural state of repair. 

Body Temple Healings can be done in person or over distance. Single treatments are one hour long and incorporate techniques of Egyptian Energetics and Quantum Reiki to complete a total balance of the body, or to work on the balancing of specific organs or parts of the body. The Body Temple Healing also helps to loosen up deep-seated blockages that can come up through past lifetimes, to clear attachments from the body, and to get a multi-dimensional balance after a regular energy treatment has been completed. The 5-Day Distance Body Temple Healing takes place over a 5-day period to tackle prolonged symptoms: Day 1: Hour-long full body treatment to open the body and begin the balancing process. Nights 1-5: Remote balancing in the evening sleep schedule for 5 nights in a row, with check-ins throughout the week. Remote Balancing provides an easy way to achieve full-body healing for all of the chakras, bringing them into alignment across all of the planes of existence and within each of the Auric layers. Remote Balancing is a technique of antiquity used in Egypt by treating the layers of the archetype on the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical planes. By treating all of the layers of existence, you can easily begin to experience more synchronicity and alignment in your life and begin to express in alignment with your truth and Soul Center. Before the healing takes place, we will discuss the timing together. I usually begin on the morning of the first healing day and provide a daily report of the movement in the energy system as I test and make adjustments. Each adjustment is then kept in place for several hours or until it becomes stabilized and integrated into the energy system.

Ordering your birth chart is easy. Just provide me with your name and the date, time, and location of your birth. Once your chart is done, I will print it in color and mail it via USPS the next day! I know what it's like to wake up with cripling fear and worry, starting every weekday with a sense of dread and nervousness, and sometimes even panic attacks. I know what it is like to bury myself in bed without the ability to move, and it got so bad that I would lose days of family time, freedom, productivity, and fueling events. I know how hopeless, scary, pointless, and painful it can be to watch life pass you by, feeling like there is no hand to reach out and offer help. And I also know what it's like to be on the other side of it. I know now how to shape my thoughts, my days, my projects, my plans and goals, and my life into an experience I enjoy living. Instead of waking up into a state of stress, I now wake up into a state of momentum and contentment, ready to move forward with the day's tasks and challenges. Where I used to go to bed reviewing all of the things in my day that I couldn't control, trying to remedy the world's problems, and check in on my mental to-do lists, I go to bed in a state of gratitude, Taking care of my whole-body health in preparation for a healing sleep. Living intentionally sounds like one of those phenomena that just naturally occurs for us; something as simple and automatic as breathing or blinking. We see, we act, we do, we respond, we decide... We impose our free will onto our lives every moment we are awake. It's the nature of living! However, if we are imposing that will into our daily circumstances and decisions without specific intention (or forward-moving insight), we are not tapping into the innate, natural gift of creation we all possess. Living more intentionally allows us the option to choose our circumstances with more ease and opportunity, reminding us of the natural and innate tools to create and live the life we want to live. Living your life through intention means a combination of things. It may require you to slow down. It may require you to look at yourself and your scope of influence. It requires you to observe and to plan and to consider all of the who's, what's, where's, when's, and why's of all that you are engaged with. Good news: It's free. It's not a gimmick, it's not a healing that someone else does for you, and it's not a therapy session. It's a state of mind. Living your life intentionally is choosing how you want things to go and making the adjustments needed so that they can go that way.
