You do so much for us, let me do something for you! Enjoy treatments at a $20 discount! Come and see how Reiki can reduce your stress levels and remind your body of its natural healing, peaceful, and calm state. Reiki is an energetic technique that calms the nervous system to initiate the body's innate ability to self-heal and induce relaxation. Typically, with colds, three Reiki Treatments will handle the work and reduce the length of your illness by 3-7 days, especially when they are supported with a healthy diet, a healthy sleep pattern, and any needed supplements. For individuals struggling with a compromised immune system, additional Reiki Treatments or an upgrade to a Source Light Infusion treatment can help to repair systemic issues within the body and the habits that we hold that keep us in unhealthy, immunocompromised positions. Lastly, the Balancing Table is optimal for individuals who need long-term care over a week's time. When adding the Balancing Table to your treatment regimen, you receive all of the services in the Cold Season Healing, along with a five-day, remote balancing to treat all of your layers, etheric and physical. *If you are coming in with a cold or illness, please let me know at checkout or by phone so that I can come prepared and wear a mask. Thank you for your consideration.

Body Temple Healings can be done in person or over distance. Single treatments are one hour long and incorporate techniques of Egyptian Energetics and Quantum Reiki to complete a total balance of the body, or to work on the balancing of specific organs or parts of the body. The Body Temple Healing also helps to loosen up deep-seated blockages that can come up through past lifetimes, to clear attachments from the body, and to get a multi-dimensional balance after a regular energy treatment has been completed. The 5-Day Distance Body Temple Healing takes place over a 5-day period to tackle prolonged symptoms: Day 1: Hour-long full body treatment to open the body and begin the balancing process. Nights 1-5: Remote balancing in the evening sleep schedule for 5 nights in a row, with check-ins throughout the week. Remote Balancing provides an easy way to achieve full-body healing for all of the chakras, bringing them into alignment across all of the planes of existence and within each of the Auric layers. Remote Balancing is a technique of antiquity used in Egypt by treating the layers of the archetype on the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical planes. By treating all of the layers of existence, you can easily begin to experience more synchronicity and alignment in your life and begin to express in alignment with your truth and Soul Center. Before the healing takes place, we will discuss the timing together. I usually begin on the morning of the first healing day and provide a daily report of the movement in the energy system as I test and make adjustments. Each adjustment is then kept in place for several hours or until it becomes stabilized and integrated into the energy system.

This pathway supports you in discovering deep-rooted patterns hidden from within, strengthening your momentum and purposeful work as you learn to participate consciously in your own healing. As you become more aware of your galactic histories, Soul stories, and the timelines that have shaped our experience, a reorganization of the Soul begins to occur. This creates a clearer path for the Soul to express its purpose through you and alongside you, and provides a venue for you to uncover and release the old, to create opportunity for spontaneous healing, greater awareness, and profound personal growth. Coded In Light Journeys For those who are ready to go deeper, Coded In Light Journeys are package experiences designed to continue the work beyond a single session. A single session can open a door. A Journey gives you the opportunity to walk through it. By continuing together over a series of sessions, we can recognize patterns as they emerge, work with deeper layers as they become ready, and give new awareness to divine timing as your soul and purpose work to integrate into your everyday life. Rather than addressing one experience and stopping there, a Journey creates continuity, momentum, and space for lasting change. Throughout your Journey, you are learning not only to receive healing, but to understand how to participate in it yourself. The intention is to help you develop greater spiritual independence and sovereignty—to trust your own connection, recognize your own guidance, and become increasingly confident in navigating your Soul's path. The goal is not to make you dependent on healing sessions. The goal is to help you become more connected to yourself. Explore Plans Beyond the 3-Dimensional Experience Coded In Light approaches healing from a broader perspective than treatments that primarily work with the physical body or the 3-Dimensional layer of human experience. Reiki is a beautiful energetic healing modality that can support relaxation, balance, and the flow of energy through the body. Coded In Light works differently. Rather than focusing primarily on the physical and energetic body, Coded In Light explores the interconnected layers of the human experience—including the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, Soul, cellular, and multidimensional aspects of your being. This broader approach allows us to explore not only where you are experiencing something, but also the deeper patterns, memories, agreements, timelines, and Soul experiences that may be connected to it. Instead of treating only the layer where something is being experienced, Coded In Light invites us to explore the deeper structures that may be contributing to the experience. What Coded In Light Can Open Within the safety of the Akashic Realms, we remember that we belong and that our roots can grow again in the realms of healing, understanding, and answers. As you become more familiar with accessing worlds beyond ordinary reality, you may discover new ways of connecting with the knowledge and guidance available through your DNA and Soul. You begin to recognize that you are not alone and that you have an active role in your own journey. As the programming and mindsets that have held you back begin to shift, your responses to your environment can begin to change. With greater awareness comes the possibility of more peace, clarity, and freedom in your daily life. As we explore the stories and patterns held within your DNA and Soul, your experience of yourself can begin to deepen. Synchronicities may become more noticeable. Emotions may move through you with greater ease. Your relationships and interactions may begin to feel different. When you heal beyond the patterns and habits carried from childhood and other experiences, your perspectives can change. When your perspectives change, your choices change. And when your choices change, your life begins to change with them. This is the catalyzing potential of Coded In Light: not simply to experience a healing, but to learn how to become an increasingly conscious participant in your own transformation. Coded In Light How it Works Through ceremony, healing, and structured coaching What Happens During My Session? ARRIVE We begin with your intentions, questions, experiences, updates, and what you'd like to explore. Your 1.5-hour sessions include dedicated time for healing and guidance, along with treatments designed to establish strong Soul Integration. You receive a customized and unique healing path to use independently that is delivered directly from your Soul's own coding, a Life Path reading, Archetype House and Planetary Alignment Templates, and intuitive 3-card draws as needed. This is a living process—one that supports you between sessions through free access to the app, our online Meditation Group, and in-app tools tailored to your journey. More Than a Healing Session Coded In Light Sessions are not typical body-treatment appointments where healing is simply done to or for you. Even in a single session, you are an active participant in the process. Each session provides a coaching and teaching environment where you receive specific healing techniques, awareness tools, and practices to continue working with your experience at home, on your own, and between sessions. As you participate more deeply, this work naturally develops into mentorship, helping you become increasingly confident in accessing and understanding your own healing pathways. EXPLORE We move into the healing, intuition, and guided aspects of the Coded In Light experience. Soul purpose, inner connection, seeking peace within, nervousness, feeling lost, hopelessness, ADHD, anxiety and depression, feelings of unhappiness, seeking joy, feelings of loneliness, feelings of overwhelm, energetic blocks and imbalances, seeking answers, Soul discovery. INTEGRATE We engage in the healing and explore insights and experiences as you enter into Soul attunement and connect the experience back to your everyday life. Coded In Light Treatments help to release tension from the body’s central nervous system by placing you in a deep trance-like meditative state, allowing the mind and body to journey inwards toward stillness and learn from its historical adventures. CONTINUE You leave with personalized practices and resources to continue your work between sessions. These deep, transcendental guided healing sessions can provide you with insight and answers, relieve stress, and allow the mental and emotional bodies time and space to enter into their natural state of repair. Each 1.5-hour session includes coaching and healing, personalized meditation techniques for home practice, and free access to the app, our online Meditation Group, and in-app tools tailored to your journey so your awakening continues long after each session ends.
