Reiki Level II Course and Attunement provides you with the skill to provide healing therapy to others outside of your personal circle in a professional capacity. During Reiki II, you will receive the final two symbols for Reiki healing, learn how to administer Reiki remotely, and learn more about the history and tradition of the practice. Level 2 will teach you: The second Reiki symbol is used to heal relationships, mental stress, and trauma, the third Reiki symbol used to deliver distance healing, more in-depth information on the energy body and how Reiki moves through it, a more in-depth foundation in the traditional practices of Reiki Ryoho, a foundation for sharing your gift with the world in a professional capacity, specific and advanced methods of using Reiki, level 2 Reiki attunement and certificate, and more. Day one will be full of Reiki history, technique, and background, along with a rich discussion about energetic anatomy and hygiene. Attunements and practice will take place on Days two and three. All Reiki courses come with membership to the Power of 8 Meditation Group with Bare Roots Energy. Membership is not required. We meet online via Zoom.

Reiki Course and Attunement Level 3 provides you with the fourth symbol taught in most American Reiki practices and used traditionally to heal physical diseases and long-standing ailments. Attunement to the fourth symbol brings about a profound inner knowing and connection and deepens your relationship to the self as well as to the Reiki practice in your own life. Reiki Level 3 Level 3 provides further healing methods for the self and others, practices in intuitive healing methods, a deeper understanding of your body through meditation and creation work, a review of Levels 1 & 2, and a certificate of completion, and preparation for the student to move onto Level 4 and become a teacher of the Reiki arts. The Level 3 course is held over a 2-day period, with the first day focused on the attunement and knowledge behind the practice, and the second day on practice. All Reiki courses come with membership to the Power of 8 Meditation Group with Bare Roots Energy. Membership is not required. We meet online via Zoom.

It is a course which aids in slowing the racing mind, refocusing wandering thoughts, and replacing negative self-talk. With over 30 meditation techniques, the manual offers you a variety of different tools and options to use on the go and on the slow. The Meditation Manual covers techniques in focus meditation, active meditation, guided meditation, and transcending meditation to carry you from the beginning of your practice all the way to the end. The online course is self-paced, available to you for a year, and comes with guided meditation videos, each chapter, and does not require the purchase of the workbook to complete. The Meditation Manual can be purchased in the Bare Roots Energy Shop and can accompany the online course or stand on its own.
