You do so much for us, let me do something for you! Enjoy treatments at a $20 discount! Come and see how Reiki can reduce your stress levels and remind your body of its natural healing, peaceful, and calm state. Reiki is an energetic technique that calms the nervous system to initiate the body's innate ability to self-heal and induce relaxation. See how energetic healing can make your days in the classroom more synchronistic and joyful! Want to book a different treatment? Just message me, and we will adjust our session to what you need!

Typically, with colds, three Reiki Treatments will handle the work and reduce the length of your illness by 3-7 days, especially when they are supported with a healthy diet, a healthy sleep pattern, and any needed supplements. For individuals struggling with a compromised immune system, additional Reiki Treatments or an upgrade to a Source Light Infusion treatment can help to repair systemic issues within the body and the habits that we hold that keep us in unhealthy, immunocompromised positions. Lastly, the Balancing Table is optimal for individuals who need long-term care over a week's time. When adding the Balancing Table to your treatment regimen, you receive all of the services in the Cold Season Healing, along with a five-day, remote balancing to treat all of your layers, etheric and physical. *If you are coming in with a cold or illness, please let me know at checkout or by phone so that I can come prepared and wear a mask. Thank you for your consideration.

Body Temple Healings can be done in person or over distance. Single treatments are one hour long and incorporate techniques of Egyptian Energetics and Quantum Reiki to complete a total balance of the body, or to work on the balancing of specific organs or parts of the body. The Body Temple Healing also helps to loosen up deep-seated blockages that can come up through past lifetimes, to clear attachments from the body, and to get a multi-dimensional balance after a regular energy treatment has been completed. The 5-Day Distance Body Temple Healing takes place over a 5-day period to tackle prolonged symptoms: Day 1: Hour-long full body treatment to open the body and begin the balancing process. Nights 1-5: Remote balancing in the evening sleep schedule for 5 nights in a row, with check-ins throughout the week. Remote Balancing provides an easy way to achieve full-body healing for all of the chakras, bringing them into alignment across all of the planes of existence and within each of the Auric layers. Remote Balancing is a technique of antiquity used in Egypt by treating the layers of the archetype on the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical planes. By treating all of the layers of existence, you can easily begin to experience more synchronicity and alignment in your life and begin to express in alignment with your truth and Soul Center. Before the healing takes place, we will discuss the timing together. I usually begin on the morning of the first healing day and provide a daily report of the movement in the energy system as I test and make adjustments. Each adjustment is then kept in place for several hours or until it becomes stabilized and integrated into the energy system.

Hello! I am Jamelle, owner and operator at Bare Roots Energy, here in Lawrence, Kansas. I am a Lifestyle & Behavior Change Coach, and a practitioner and teacher of the Energy Healing Arts. I founded Bare Roots Energy Reiki & Meditation Center here in Lawrence, KS, in 2019, and specialize in the integration of Daily Wellness Practices and Healing Paths into the daily lives of my clients. Through this work, I assist individuals in fine-tuning their expression for creation and harmony, healing, and growth. I have practiced energy awareness and whole-person wellness since my childhood, studied and taught the intricacies of anxiety, depression, and overwhelm as an educator since 2008, and now focus my work and skills on coaching clients through wellness and life-changing shifts. I am so passionate about the work that I do because of the profound change it has brought into my life and body, and into the lives of those I help each day. It's hard to believe how many of us struggle with overwhelm and a sense of being lost, but none of us are alone in it. I know firsthand what it is to struggle with the mountains of anxiety and valleys of depression in my life, because years ago, this struggle consumed my identity. But... I also know what it's like to overcome it. Now, I know now, how to shape my thoughts, my days, my projects, my plans and goals, and my life into an experience I enjoy living, ready to move forward with the day's tasks and challenges. Where I used to go to bed reviewing all of the things in my day that I couldn't control, trying to remedy the world's problems, and check in on my mental to-do lists, I now go to bed in a state of gratitude, Taking care of my whole-body health in preparation for a healing sleep. The best part is, I know that I have the power to create these results for myself every morning, noon, and night. What's even greater than that is that I get to facilitate and guide my clients to do the same! I want these kinds of results for everyone struggling with limitations in their life. That's why I do the work that I do. When we all feel better, we can do better, achieve more, live happier, and create a world that works better for everyone. Even though there's a part of me that hesitates to share the details of my experiences and my life's work, my deeper truth is that I care way too much about this place to let that fear stop me. If you or anyone you know struggles with feelings of limitation, overwhelm, and stress, or with symptoms and diagnosis of anxiety and depression, I am offering a free 20-minute Energetic Wellness Assessment to start moving towards your results of refinement and acheivement. Let me know if I can be of service to you or a friend by requesting your free Energetic Wellness Assessment here! Request my Free Energetic Wellness Assessment Through my work, I connect with individuals to understand their needs and dreams, and together we forge a path and plan to create a platform of healing and growth for them to springboard from. When we approach both trauma and goals from all four sides, the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, we can better see all our options as well as what we have yet to heal from to realize our dreams. My favorite part of working in this field is getting to know those I work with deeply to help them fine-tune their journey with the unique tools they need. Along with Personal Coaching and Healing, I also offer courses in the Energy Healing Arts and Plant-Based Medicine, and certification programs for Energy Healers in training. Aside from my degrees in Special Education and Education Theory, I have trained as a Master Reiki Teacher and Healer, and as a High Priestess in the New Earth Priestess Studies with the Celestial Forest Institute. I am a Master Teacher and Practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Holy Fire Reiki, and Dragon Reiki; an Advanced Practitioner and Teacher of Source Light Infusion Therapy; an Advanced Practitioner of the Crystalline Consciousness Technique; a Behavior Change Coach; a Plant-Based Medicine Consultant; and a Special Education Teacher. For the Wandering Priestess: The New Earth Priestess Journeys provided life-changing momentum for my well-being and helped me to reshape myself into my true form after years of ignoring my heart, mind, body, and soul. I am humbled and honored to be a New Earth High Priestess trained in the Nicole Christine New Earth lineage, always working to be one of the women who hold the container of healing for this planet. Through my experiences and formal training, and from my heart, I provide healing services, coaching, and conduct ceremonies of the Soul to help each individual I work with remember their inner tools, strength, and power. I serve as an Animal Death Doula during times of transition for the Animal Kingdom, and I provide coaching programs for individuals, including entrepreneurial coaching and mentorship programs, training programs, Meditation Coaching, and Healing Circles, online and here at my studio in downtown Lawrence, KS.
