My name is Jamelle, and I am so humbled to meet you.

I am a Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, an expert in behavior change and Energy Medicine, and the owner of Bare Roots Energy Reiki & Meditation Center here in Lawrence, KS.

I specialize in the Spiritual Arts and the facilitation of helping others to find their expression of it. My favorite part of working in this field is learning how to fine-tune my expression for creative creation purposes and teaching others how to do the same. I have trained as a Master Reiki Teacher and Healer, in the studies of BioGeometry and Energy Therapy, and as a High Priestess in the New Earth Priestess Studies with the Celestial Forest Institute. I am a Master Teacher and Practitioner of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Holy Fire Reiki, and Dragon Reiki; an Advanced Practitioner and Teacher of Source Light Infusion Therapy; an Advanced Practitioner of the Crystalline Consciousness Technique; a Behavior Change Coach; a Plant-Based Medicine Consultant; and a Special Education Teacher.

Through my work, I connect with individuals to understand deeply their needs and dreams in order to create a platform of healing for them to springboard from. When we approach both trauma and goals from all four sides, the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, we can better see all our options as well as what we have yet to heal from in order to realize our dreams. 

Through my experiences and formal training, and from my heart, I provide healing services, coaching, and conduct ceremonies of the Soul to help each individual I work with remember their inner tools, strength, and power. I serve as an Animal Death Doula during times of transition for the Animal Kingdom, and I provide coaching programs for individuals, including entrepreneurial coaching and mentorship programs, training programs, Meditation Coaching, and Healing Circles, online and here at my studio, in downtown Lawrence, KS. 

Before opening Bare Roots Energy, I spent 18 years as a Special Education Teacher in the great state of Kansas. The New Earth Priestess Journeys provided life-changing momentum for my well-being and helped me to re-shape myself into my true form after years of ignoring my heart, mind, body, and soul. I am humbled and honored to be a New Earth High Priestess trained in the Nicole Christine New Earth lineage, always working to be one of the women who hold the container of healing for this planet. Aside from my collegeate training, I have trained with the Celestial Forest Institute, Karen Harrison Reiki, Amanda Hadley at New Earth Energies, Dr. Gilbert of the Vesica Institute, and Debbie Solaris.

My favorite part of this work is getting to know my clients personally and tailoring programs to their specific healing goals, employing a variety of energy and meditation tools, as well as online and in-person events and courses for Spiritual well-being.
