The Free State Yoga Festival is a family-friendly one-day event located at the Chihowa Retreat Center just north of Lawrence, KS. The festival includes yoga, meditation, live music, a 5K fun run, hiking, SUP yoga, wellness chats, vendor shopping, food, and more. Our lineup features expert presenters & teachers, artists, and scholars from local and beyond. This year we will be fundraising for Just Foods of Lawrence, Ks.

9:00 AM – Opening Ceremony

9:30 AM – One Mile to 5K Fun Trail Run or Walk

11:00 AM – Live Music Community Yoga

12:00-6:30 PM – Pick Your Adventure
