It's hard for kids to settle down, and most of the time when they have excess energy, it's at times that don't serve them or their environment the best. Excess energy is not something we need to be frustrated with, however. There are some fabulous systems we can utilize to help our children understand their energy levels, their energy body, and their own physiology deeply, allowing them to begin gaining control over their energetic outputs, as well as what they allow into their sensory system to avoid sensory overload.
